The Baker Clause

TMP College deliver an inclusive careers programme which reflects the 8 Gatsby Benchmarks. Learners receive a bespoke learner led supportive approach. 

All staff have regular career discussions and involvement with learners, as a high percentage of staff either have some previous experience, or are still active within that sector of work.

All learners have comprehensive unbiased information and access, which is delivered through Tutor led discussions, Guest Speaker visits, organised trips to entrepreneurial sites, University visits, careers fairs, School and community engagement, along with events which are both local and outside of the borough.

TMP learners have full access to available training routes, pathways, and a full range of what opportunities are available to them.
