Student Reps are here to represent your voice at TMP. The primary role of a Student Rep is to effectively listen, collate and communicate the views of all the students they represent. Taking these views to meetings and to staff to bring about positive changes for you! Plus, Student Reps also work to ensure that they close the feedback loop by communicating the outcomes of your feedback back to you.

Topics that Reps bring to meetings could include; feedback about modules, coursework, enrichment, equipment, day trips. Basically, anything that impacts your academic and personal experience relating to your course!  

This year, student rep meetings have led to the improvement of equipment used across games, media and music courses such as purchasing specific cameras, musical instruments and upgrading hardware on computer systems for gamers. They've also had a positive impact in bringing forward new ideas for things like teaching and learning, recycling and having a well rounded representation of all backgrounds to form the student council.
