Making bright and successful futures a reality for all learners
Making bright and successful futures a reality for all learners
We believe that technical skills and ability are a stepping stone in achieving your goals but there are a lot more attributes that are required to success along the way. Personal development is the most important aspect of a learners journey regardless of technical and practical ability within a subject or qualification.
Vocational Qualification
When a learner joins TMP you will chose your qualification that you want to study, this could be; Music Performance, Music Technology, Creative & Digital Media, Art & Design, Games Design, Performing Arts, SFX Make-up or E-sports.
RARPA
We will set personal goals alongside your chosen qualifications and complete these targets throughout your course (RARPA targets).
Maths & English
We will also offer maths and English qualifications if a learners requires them.
Personal & Social Development
As part of your qualification we will help you build a wide range of skills to support your personal and social development (PSD). This can be an accredited qualification or unaccredited sessions that help learners to build the necessary personal skills to compliment your new technical skills.
Preparation for Adulthood
Throughout your time as a TMP learner we will also help to improve your preparation for adulthood and independent living skills so that when you are ready to move on to your next steps you are able to leave with a well-rounded set of skills to serve you well in your creative journey.
British Values
We believe in promoting key British Values across all of our programs to recognise and understand the modern culture of the United Kingdom. We embed the five key elements which are; Democracy, Rule of Law, Individual Liberty, Respect and Tolerance of Different Faiths and Beliefs and Mutual Respect.
