Many of our learners live across the Northwest, as our college is based in Wigan, we regularly explore employment opportunities within Wigan Borough, Greater Manchester and further afield encouraging learners to research opportunities in their own local communities.

Each local authority provides information about local employers, apprenticeships, skills shortages and employment opportunities through their websites and SEND Local Offers.

Labour Market Information is used during careers lessons, employer encounters, work experience and one-to-one careers guidance sessions.
